The Department of Zoology of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) will host a two-day national seminar on 'Innovations in Science and Technology for Inclusive Development from March 25. Department of Zoology of BAMU in association with Indian Science Congress Association (local chapter) and Indian Society of Life Science are joint organisers of the event. Convener of the seminar Prof Y K Khillare said that the last date of submission of research paper is March 5 while for the registration it is March 15. He said that the seminar is the need of present research in every field of science. "It will help to gear up the development in the field of science and technology in the country and abroad. The present seminar through the deliberations of eminent sciences, senior teachers will be a road map for inventing science into the development process of the country," he added. He said that sectors like aquaculture, agriculture, environment, health care, water, communication etc may require new scientific knowledge for shaping their future.
