The result of the election for Aurangabad Jalna local self-government body Legislative Council seat is likely to be out by 10 am on Wednesday. As reported earlier, 100 per cent voting was witnessed yesterday. The election witnessed a straight fight between Subhash Zambad and Kishanchand Tanwani. There is a lot of excitement leading to the counting of votes tomorrow and many people are making bets on the result. Some are predicting that Subhash Zambad of Congress will be the new member of the Legislative Council while some are rooting for Shiv Sena's Kishanchand Tanwani who may retain his membership and get a second term.
The district administration has completed preparations for counting process that will begin tomorrow at 8 am, said district collector Vikram Kumar.
