ITI admission issue solved - Source LT

Finally, the issue of admission to the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) was solved after the directorate of vocational education and training declared the list of candidates and timetable.
The first round of the admission process will be conducted on July 24 and 25.
July 15 was the last date to submit online admission forms but many students could not submit their application forms due to technical problems, such as crash of the website. The issue was raised by MLC Niranjan Davkhare in the session after which the minister of state for higher and technical education gave an extension of 15 days for the admission process which resulted in the collapse of entire admission process. Finally, the directorate found a way by allowing students who could not submit their forms to apply for the vacant seats.
The first round will take place on July 24 and 25. On July 26, the selection list for the second round will be published and on July 27 and 28, the second round will be conducted. On July 29, the details of vacant seats for the third round will be published and from July 29 to 31 online submission of application forms for vacant seats will be conducted. The selection list for the third round will be published on August 2 and the third round of admission will take place on August 2 and 3 while the fourth on August 4 and 5.
The details of vacant seats for final round will be declared on August 6. Online application forms will be accepted from August 6 to August 10. The final round will be conducted on August 11 and 12.
