BAMU Mgmt dept alumni offer to train students - Source LT

V-C Dr Vijay Pandharipande and Dr Walmik Sarwade in alumni convention of Management Science Department.
The ex-students of Management Science Department of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University expressed their readiness to help the department in every way. A convention of alumni association of the department was held on Sunday.
Vice chancellor, Dr Vijay Pandharipande, director of Students' Welfare Department and head of Management Science Department, Dr Walmik Sarwade were present. The ex-students who have been working on different posts and in various companies, arrived here from Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad and other places to attend the event. 
The ex-students like director of R J Group Raghvendra Joshi, Pravin Somani of Bhaishri Group , management director of Rishi Infotech, Yogesh Udaigiri, Dr Milind Deshpande of Sumananjali Hospital attended the convention. All the former students expressed their readiness to help the department and current students.
An ex-student Mohammed Zahiruddin said that soft skills are very important in today and he is ready to train the current students in these skills. Some former students said that final year students will find ure placement in at least two companies. Yogesh Deshmukh, another alumni association member, who has a software company in 'Man Diesel' in US interacted with his counterparts through Internet.
Speaking at the programme, V-C Dr Vijay Pandharipande said job satisfaction and moral values are important in every field. "Chetan Bhagat who had good job in the management field, left it and started writing English novels because of his interest in it," he said. Dr Pandharipande said that students of Marathwada region too have excellent qualities like in other regions. Dr Walmik Sarwade also spoke on the occasion. Placement officer Girish Kale proposed a vote of thanks.
