Proposals have been invited by assistant labour commissioner's office from voluntary organisations for projects like creating awareness about the issues like child labour eradication, setting up special training centres for child labourers and similar initiatives. The organisation concerned should be registered for at least three years under the Mumbai Public Trusts Act 1950's section 29 and should have an audit report of this period.
The organisation should also be able to continue the work at its training centre in case of delay in receiving payment for their bills. Interested organisations should send their proposals to the office of the joint labour commissioner, Aurangabad before July 31 by 5 pm.
The detailed information on the issue including rules, regulations and other modalities can be obtained from the joint commissioner's office, said National Child Labour Project officer and district collector, through a Press release.
