Acharya Shri Devnandiji Maharaj is arriving in the city on July 18. He is coming to the city after a gap of around 15 years on the occasion of Chaturmas discourses. A grand procession will begin from Mondha Naka after his arrival at 8 am, said Pradnyashraman Saraswatacharya Shri 108 Devnandiji Maharaj Chaturmas committee- 2013 president Lalit Patni, executive president Mahavir Patni and programme coordinator Ashok Gangwal.
Devnandiji Maharaj's earlier Chaturmas took place in 1998 in the city. The renovation of Khandelwal Digambar Jain temple at Rajabazar had taken place under his guidance then. The Panchakalyanak ceremony at Shri Kshetra Jatwada temple had also taken place in his presence.
He will arrive here tomorrow from Kunthugiri, Kolhapur after travelling a distance of around 550 kms. The committee members have been appealed to be present in large numbers at 8 am on Thursday.• He is coming to the city after a gap of around 15 years for Chaturmas discourses
