Polytechnic admission process starts on June 17 - Source LT

The DTE has also started additional shifts in select polytechnic branches for students belonging to minority communities (Buddhist, Christian, Jain, Muslim, Parsi and Sikh) at Government Polytechnic of Mumbai, Thane, Jalgaon, Solapur, Nanded, Yawatmal, Ambad, Jalna, Ratnagiri, Bramhapuri, Karad and Government Institute of Printing Technology (Mumbai). A total of 70 per cent seats are reserved for minority candidates in these branches. ARCs will remain open on all days, including holidays and Sundays, from 10 am to 5.30 pm Lokmat News Network

The online admission process of government, aided and non-aided polytechnics will start across the State on June 17. 
According to the admission notification issued recently, the sale of information brochure and application kit will start at the designated application form receipt centres (ARCs) on Monday.
The last date for submission and confirmation of forms at ARCs is June 25 (5 pm). Those who have passed SSC or equivalent examination with minimum 35 per cent marks in aggregate with subjects like Mathematics, General Science and English are eligible for admission.
The application form is priced at Rs 400 for general category and Rs 300 for reserved category. This time around, aspiring candidates can submit online applications from anywhere once their application IDs are activated by their ARCs. After downloading the application, candidates will have to sign it and submit with at ARC. A provision merit list will be displayed on June 27. The period for grievences and corrections to be submitted at the ARCs is from June 28 to 29. The final merit list will be displayed on July 1.
Candidates will be able to submit and confirm online 'option form for the centralised admission programme (CAP) round-I from July 2 to 4. The provisional allotment of CAP round-I will be displayed on July 6 (5 pm).
Candidates will have to report to the institute as per the allotment in CAP-round-I from July 8 to 10.
The process of the second CAP round will start on July 12, while the counselling round (final) on July 23. All ARCs will remain open on all the days, including holidays and Sundays, from 10 am to 5.30 pm.
