Harshal mete makes his parents proud - Source LT


Harshal Vitthalrao Mete, a student hailing from humble farming background achieved success with 440th rank in the country in the Civil Services exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). 
Vitthalrao Mete, the father of Harshal completed his education in Law in very difficult condition. He worked hard to ensure that his ward gets quality education. "I am very happy with my son's success," said Vitthalrao Mete.
Harshal completed his schooling from Holy Cross High School and passed HSC from Deogiri College in the science stream. Later he obtained degree in IT from PICT Engineering College and also took up job in Actioner Company. After 15 months he gave up job to join a coaching class in Delhi to fulfill his IAS dream. His efforts paid dividend when he cleared preliminary exam in 2012 and the main exam in 2013 and later interview in April 2013. 
His mother Mangal Mete, father Vitthalrao Mete and sister-in-law Rajeshwar Sable guided him.
